Double layer hoses which combine the longer life and hygienic properties associated with silicone with the strength and value of black rubber hose. The inner layer is a special vulcanized thermoplastic rubber (TPV) material which has excellent hygienic properties and resistance to fats and acids. The milk fat cannot therefore cross this barrier, which allows the pipe to remain clean.
